WAR is not the problem...

I watched a couple of old movies today, Sunday, April 13, 2008:  The Fifth Element and Die Hard with Vengeance.   I have watched these and similar type movies numerous times and I never tire of them..  They are my favorites.  That is not to say that "warm and cuddly" movies are not to my liking.  I love Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, Pride and Prejudice.  Sophi's Choice I won't watch again and many others.  I avoid chainsaw type movies but love the CSI and NCIS series.
I outline this because this afternoon while watching the Fifth Element it dawned on me that the folks who are anti-war are wrong.  Oh, not because of the reasons most people ascribe to them, but because it is not war that is wrong.  War, at least in the last century and those are the only wars the protesters know anything about,  personally, were wars of DEFENSE!!  Wars of survival for the West that fought those wars and in particular America which carried the major burden of, not only the war, but also the rebuilding of Europe and its security for over 70 years.
I have a question, what do the anti-protesters call defending your personal self, your family, your friends, your neighbors, your community...extrapolate that out and add city, state and country.  This is the reason that the Left undermines the rule of law, they don't understand the enemy they have created to fulfill their crazy philosophy.  That is the reason that wealthy people cannot understand us, the rest of America and the world.  They have money and the first thing anyone with money does is buy large, larger and largest homes on lots of land and build high fences behind gated communities.  They don't have to worry about drive by shootings or normal breaking and entering.  When was the last time you heard of some celebrity or rich person getting raped, their children kidnapped or killed through the wall while they slept from some gangster's bullets?
