courtesy of Drudge. For what it's worth, is sounds horrible and maybe it is, but until someone can show me when, what, where, how and who, it makes all the partisan attacks ignorant. Obama is acting like he's been "in the know" for 25 years...and McCain doesn't have answers either.
As a matter of fact, The Senator from Nevada, Majority Leader of the Senate, said a couple of days ago:
"we don't know what to do, so we might as well adjourn until 2009!"
How's that for Liberal truth telling. Well the Administration had to do something and they can't adjourn, so they were trying to come up with something that so far, most of the people I've
heard don't know what to do with this mess either.
On the Glen Beck Show, CNN Headline News, I think, actually had a gentlemen that knew what to do. The problem is that no one in Washington is going to want to control spending, cut out waste and do something distasteful to their supporters and their lobbyists. Just think about your family. What if you had just gone bankrupt. You had no money, your credit cards were overcharged and you were late on your mortgage and utilities. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? I would get a second job ASAP. I would get my husband, if I had one, to do the same thing and if I had kids of working age, they'd get jobs too. We would all pool our paychecks and work to get out of the mess we were in. POLITICIANS DON'T...THEY HAVE OUR PURSESTRINGS AND THEY'RE GONNA DIP MIGHTY DEEP TO GET ALL THEY WANT.
Here's what I want to know: When and how does OBAMA expect to get the money he will need for his trillion dollar entitlement programs? We are broke. Fini. Done. Chickens that came home to roost are already eaten. Maybe we go hunt moose to get food for our families, but most people will just put their hands out and expect the government to continue to fund their lives. Are we a great country or what?
